"The destruction of Babylon is a type of the destruction at the Second Coming—It will be a day of wrath and vengeance—Babylon (the world) will fall forever—Compare Isaiah 13. About 559–545 B.C."The one that I can't really imagine is what verse 10 says:
"For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light; the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine."I live in Modesto, CA and we can see the starlit night pretty well. If we want to see it better, we just travel a few miles out into the orchards. But in Rexburg, ID you can see the so many stars that it's hard to imagine the sky having that much depth to it.
I can't really imagine a world were, when looking up at night, you can't see the stars. That frightens me. Scary.
