2 Nephi 23

Chapter 23 is a bit gloomy. The heading to the chapter reads:
"The destruction of Babylon is a type of the destruction at the Second Coming—It will be a day of wrath and vengeance—Babylon (the world) will fall forever—Compare Isaiah 13. About 559–545 B.C."
The one that I can't really imagine is what verse 10 says:
"For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light; the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine."
I live in Modesto, CA and we can see the starlit night pretty well. If we want to see it better, we just travel a few miles out into the orchards. But in Rexburg, ID you can see the so many stars that it's hard to imagine the sky having that much depth to it.

I can't really imagine a world were, when looking up at night, you can't see the stars. That frightens me. Scary.
